We always encourage our customers to order Name Necklaces in double thick material. Name pendants made of double thick material are much more durable than single ones. That way you will have a name necklace that it will last forever! Believe me, once you get your name necklace you will never take it off! You should clean your name necklace with jewelry cleaners (gold or silver) they sell at many jeweler stores or if you have a Wal-mart or Target near you, they have wonderful silver and jewelry cleaners by the jewelry section. Shipping Information:

Shipping and handling time is aproximately 15 working days (USA)orders. Please add at least an extra week for Intenational Orders. However, each Name Necklace is personalized, therefore sometimes may take a few days longer. Please order in advance! Name Necklaces will be mailed with First Class USPS mail. For larger orders we will automatically upgrade your shipping option to Priority Mail.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will of course replace any Name Necklace that is incorrect or broken. Please make sure that the name you are requesting for your Name Necklace is spelled correctly on your order form.

1. How long will it take to receive my Name Necklace? Your Name Necklace will be graphically designed by our team of artists in the design that you choose. The name will be designed, cut, polished, the chain attached, and prepared for post. You will receive your Name Necklace in around 15 working days. Please notice that personalized Name Necklace may suffer delays, remember, we have no stock items. Our jewelers hand prepare each Name Necklace just for you!

2. What length chain should I order? For children 4-13, please order 14" (35 cm) chains. For teens and average sized adults wanting below collar bone length, please order 16" (40 cm). For mid chest length, fuller necks, please order 18" (45 cm). For a longer necklace (just above breast) Please order 20" (50cm) chains. The chain length does not include the name plate length.

3. Do you make special orders? Yes we do! Simply contact us with size, type of lettering, type of jewelry and material. We will let you know if we can make the special order Name Necklace, the price and production time. The more details you send, the more accurate our help will be.

7. Do you ship world wide? Yes, we ship world wide for the same low cost, both standard and EMS express.

8. Do the items come gift wrapped? The Name Necklace are placed on a velvet pouch. If you want FREE gift wrapping, we are glad to do this for you.
