Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will of course replace any Name Necklace that is incorrect or broken and ONLY if it is incorrect or broken. You will need to mail the necklace back to us within 10 days.
Please make sure that the name you are requesting is spelled correctly on your order form. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the name was spelled incorrectly.
Personalized Name Necklaces cannot be restocked so please make sure your order is correct, we will confirm all orders before proceeding with the personalization.
Make sure you order our Name Necklace in advance, personalization and delivery takes around 14 working days (does not inclued weekends or holidays).
